All You Need To Know

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

The Renter is responsible for the safety of the Rental Items. A damage/security deposit is required 14 days prior to the Event Date in the form of a credit card number on file. In the event that none of the items were returned to Company the renter would be responsible for the full replacement cost of the rented items. The damage deposit will be voided and/or returned to the Renter within seven (7) days following the Event Date after inspection of the returned Rental Items by Company and a determination of no damages are made.If Renter decides to pay by credit card for damage deposit, Renter hereby authorizes the credit card used in original payment to be kept on file and charged in the event of any damages. Renter understands that damage and loss of any rental item will result in being charged less than or equal too the replacement cost of that particular item depending on the damage.

We accept cash, debit/credit or checks.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do offer gift cards that can be used for future rentals, beach picnics, movie nights, etc.!
